What is a Plan Review Credit?
A Plan Review Credit lets you send Buckeye Plans a house plan, sketch, floor-plan idea or proposed modification for a professional design review. We review what you send, identify practical design issues or opportunities, and give you written feedback about the layout or requested changes. A review is intended to help you decide what to do next. It is not a complete redraw, construction plan set, structural engineering review, code approval or permit approval.
What is a Design Credit?
A Design Credit is a unit of hands-on Buckeye design work. It can be applied to an eligible preliminary floor-plan concept, a defined modification to an existing plan, or an eligible rendering/design task. Before work begins, the dashboard will show how many credits the request requires. Larger redesigns and complete custom plan sets may require additional credits or a separate quote, so you know the scope before committing.
What is the Design Archive?
The Design Archive gives members a way to explore additional Buckeye designs beyond the normal store catalog. These can include earlier and original Buckeye concepts that may be useful as starting points for a project. Archive designs are not automatically construction-ready stock plan packages. If you find one you like, you can ask Buckeye about preparing or modifying it for your project.
What are Client Plan Collections?
Builder Pro and Design Partner members can create separate plan collections for individual customers. Instead of sending a customer dozens of unrelated links, a builder can organize a shortlist of designs that fit that client's needs and keep those ideas together inside the project workspace.
What is the Project Planning Dashboard?
Your dashboard keeps the planning side of a build organized in one place. Depending on membership level, it can hold saved designs, project notes, planning checklists, calculators, client collections, available service credits and design requests. It is meant to help you move from browsing ideas toward a defined project.
What do member plan discounts apply to?
Member discounts apply to eligible Buckeye stock-plan purchases and eligible modification services while the membership is active. A membership does not give unlimited blueprint downloads or ownership of the entire Buckeye catalog. The exact discount shown for your membership is applied only to qualifying products or services.
Does membership include blueprint files?
Membership gives you access to the planning platform and the benefits listed for your tier. Licensed blueprint sets remain separate purchases unless a specific offer clearly says otherwise. This lets you explore many designs without paying for a plan until you know which one you actually want to build.
Does Buckeye Builder Pro include engineering?
No. Plan reviews and builder tools are design and planning services. Structural engineering, stamped drawings, site-specific engineering, permit approval and local code verification are separate services when required.
What does Priority Design Queue mean?
Design Partner requests are placed ahead of standard non-priority design requests when Buckeye schedules eligible design work. It is intended for builders who regularly need concepts, modifications and design support. It does not guarantee same-day completion or bypass the agreed scope of a project.
Can unused credits roll over?
Builder Pro Plan Review Credits can roll forward for up to three months while the membership remains active. The preview currently shows Design Credits as a monthly benefit; final rollover rules for Design Credits will be displayed before paid subscriptions launch.
Can I resell or redistribute Buckeye plans?
No. A membership does not grant permission to copy, redistribute or resell Buckeye plan files. Builder licensing can be offered separately when a contractor needs repeated-use rights for a particular design.
Can I cancel?
Subscription billing is not connected in this preview. Cancellation, renewal and billing terms will be displayed clearly before paid memberships are activated.
